Location: Boca Raton, FL


Manage, promote, expand customer relationships in LatAm for integrated (residential, commercial, institutional) real estate dev’t. co.;

Identify, develop, evaluate new strategic growth opportunities, investment partners, funding sources based on knowledge of customer base, competition, industry, markets, financial considerations, investor networks, regulatory issues, domestic/internal

Leverage client relationships, generate partnership/investment opportunities, negotiate investment terms, assist w/due diligence, promote project sales, conduct sales presentations on site to increase presence in the region.

Evaluate, analyze, deliver strategic plans based on valuations, sales forecasts, revenue streams, risk assessments, ROI, P&L projections; research, study, analyze regional market statistics, align sales objectives with company’s goals.

Demonstrate knowledge/understanding of LatAm real estate, financial, investment markets, business practices, culture. 


2 yrs. executive-level/director exp. with knowledge of strategic planning, bus. dev’t., evaluate/analyze growth opportunities & investments.

Travel req’d. 40-50% of the time in FL to visit company properties & throughout LatAm to visit customers and prospective investors (Mexico, Panama, others). 

Employer will also accept a combination of education, training, and work experience evaluated by a qualified evaluation services to be equivalent to a Bach. of Bus. Admin. Degree in Management.
