Delray Center

Delray Center is a multi-phased mixed medical office campus on a six acre parcel in suburban west Delray Beach, FL. The master plan for the project includes the development of four class "A" medical office facilities totaling just under 60,000 square feet, including rehabilitation and assisted living components.

This new state of the art facility will offer special amenities such as prestigious entrance with custom finished lobby areas, on site management, efficient designs as well as extensive parking for visitor's physicians and other healthcare professionals. All planning underway includes preparatory designs for green building certification.

Located in the heart of west Delray Beach between and minutes from both Interstate 95 and the Florida turnpike, access to Delray Center will come by way of Lake Ida Road and Via Flora Drive. Local hospitals and medical facilities in the immediate area include Delray Medical Center, West Boca Medical Center, Boca Raton Community Hospital and Bethesda Memorial Hospital.
