The School at Tropic Cay

"The School at Tropic Cay" is a planned infill use of a strategic property within an eastern community of Delray Beach. Access from major arteries of US 1 and I-95 provide swift commutes for private and public transportation serving this site. The Schools' suburban neighborhood setting provide for a tranquil medium within which young people may be fostered by a peaceful learning environment. Plenty of area set back has been provided to offer buffer to and from neighboring residents and significant distance from high traffic.

The site plan and floor plan surrounding additional recreation space (all of which may be viewed from within building area) lends itself to offer attributes necessary to engage students of wide age ranges. A two story 24,000 square foot structure is proposed to occupy the facility.

A perimeter wall that exists on the north and west boundary shall be extended to protect the entire site on all sides. Entry will be monitored and limited to students, family, staff, faculty and cleared visitors only.
