Frank P. Dino
President
Frank is the founder and CEO of FPDino, a Real Estate Development, Consulting Development and Real Estate Investment company. This status has perpetuated since the company’s inception in 1991. FPDino has invested in and developed a number of Education campuses and Senior Living Communities, for its own Florida portfolio. Today FPDino is engaged as Consulting Developer for a number of regional and national operators of campuses throughout Florida.
Frank is the founder and CEO of FPDino, a Real Estate Development, Consulting Development and Real Estate Investment company. This status has perpetuated since the company’s inception in 1991. FPDino has invested in and developed a number of Education campuses and Senior Living Communities, for its own Florida portfolio. Today FPDino is engaged as Consulting Developer for a number of regional and national operators of campuses throughout Florida.
Primary tasks include: Connecting Charter School & Senior Living Community operators with the FPDino team, to create real estate developments for custom designed facilities, suited for their unique brand, throughout the State of Florida.
Frank coordinates with Administrator Tiffany Wills to develop an annual budget for corporate overhead; with Projects Construction Mgr.& Dir. Jere Croke to develop construction budgets; and with Project Planning Mgr. & Dir. Brett Foster to develop Site and Building Design exhibits for every client. He is also involved, on behalf of client operators and or investors served, in the loan originations required with Chartered Lenders, Underwriters and Bond Fund purchasers of projects developed or to be developed.
Throughout the history of the company, Frank has assisted with all team members to act as a Developer/Owner or Consulting Developer on over 50 Real Estate Developments, among several counties throughout the State of Florida, some of which with existing, repeat clients. Frank is currently involved with Facility Operators and Land Owners, in developing joint and syndicated Real Estate investments, for re-purposing into highest and best income producing properties. As satisfied and repeat clients, purchasers have returned to broaden investments to engage recovered equities for new projects developed by FPDino.
Frank received a BA from Providence College and a MA from Rhode Island College. He spent (15) years on the Advisory Board of a major regional Bank and (5) years as Chairman of multiple HOA’s. He is one of the founding members and first Chairman of the Boca Ballet Theater Co. Frank is actively involved in a number of benevolent causes and currently serves as Chairman of HOME Boca, a local charity serving the needs of Boca Raton residents in need of rental assistance and referral to a plethora of additional supportive services.
Brett E. Foster
Vice President / Senior Planner
Mr. Foster is responsible for site acquisition, design, and planning of all new projects. With over twenty years of experience, he has developed effective professional relationships with numerous legislative agencies and private disciplines in order to achieve entitlements and permitting for FPDino’s past and continuing projects.

He has exemplified a “Hands On” approach to attain efficient site plan designs which convey the utmost performance in the completed product enjoyed by the future occupant for years to come.
Mr. Foster is the creative talent behind FPDino’s marketing exhibits, brochures and trade shows, showcasing historical accomplishments in the most attractive light. He’s often relied on for in house tech support when conventional methodologies will not suffice.
Mr. Foster has earned a place of high regard as a valuable component member of the executive team at FPDino.
Jeremiah H. Croke
Vice President / Senior Project Manager
Jere Croke, Vice President, joined F.P. Dino in 2002 and serves as project manager for all turnkey development. His primary responsibilities include initial underwriting, arranging project financing and overseeing development and construction management from predevelopment through project delivery.

Jere works closely with the development team to select and manage the design group and oversees day-to-day operation of the construction process while maintaining ongoing communication with each client. His vast knowledge of the commercial development industry has allowed him to successfully manage over a quarter million square feet of real estate worth over $100,000,000.00
Jere earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Chowan University and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.
Jere possesses a strong desire to accumulate accomplishments. While leading a project, no one is concerned the tasks will not be completed that have been assigned to him. He exudes the confidence required to determine what must be done and how to do it most efficiently and effectively. He has made it his priority to be considered a valuable asset of the FPDino family.
His actions demonstrate that the company interests are first.
Tiffany Wills
Real Estate Development Executive & Consultant
Tiffany joined FPDino in 2015, prepared with prior experience to fill the role of Executive Administrative Assistant. However, she as evolved to become so much more, as an integral component and valuable team member of the FPDino family.

Tiffany’s duties include but are not limited to: Office Administrator, controller of financial disbursements, deposits, distributions, budgeting, estimating, scheduling and communications. She is proficient with Quick Books Accounting and reports to and assists Book Keeper Donna Brosko and CPA Robert Manela with all data collection, dissemination and reporting.
Tiffany further excels at the organization and delivery of Leases and Contracts for Tenants and Purchasers. She is the first face and voice greeting and communicating with Tenants, Purchasers, Prospective Clients, Lenders and Investors. She is and will continue to be an essential part of the FPDino organization, with ever exceeding expectations and responsibilities with each passing year. Tiffany’s loyalty, candor, and demonstrative discipline with delegated responsibilities, demonstrates her importance and high regard she has for herself and for the continued success and proliferation of FPDino.
